a busy day yesterday. exams finished @ 11am and i had caneoing @ 12pm.

a long time since i play soccer.
well with my brothers.
finally could take a break off canoeing training and join the guys since the seniors had to prepare for their competition.

had a overwhelming total of 15 people today @ soccer.
Me, Siva, MingSiu, RX, Khair, Riduan, HK, Sulaiman, Chester, Andrew, Nick, Erwin, Keon, Robert & Qizhi.
an enjoyable session with them.

OK. i think im starting to get addicted to this game.
rofl.
it all started yesterday after canoeing training when we went to bugis arcade.
seeing andrew and lixin playing initial D and not having anyone to play my usual fighting games really bored me.
seeing that there was an empty seat, i decided to try for myself how interesting this game was.
i was a little hesistant at first as i have hardly played any car racing games for a long time due to bad experience of losing to the machine.

i slotted in the token and had a match with lixin.
although i lost in the end ( obviously. it was my 1st time) , i felt that this racing game was unique.
unlike others like sega rally whose graphics are quite pixey, initial D's graphics were good.
and the thing which had me liking it so much was the steering.

had an arcade session with the "godly racer" Dennis, andrew, lixin & chester.
won lixin, lost andrew.
woo. i think im crazed over it. now to coordinate my turning and gear shifting.

PS: i think im gonna get a car soon...

and so there i was, attending my 1st canoeing training . (HAHA mingsiu) - puns intended.
yap cb said got space so i, andrew and rx joined in.
while waiting for 5.30pm to arrive, i saw some canoeist seniors walking pass.
holy shit. i must admit i was intimidated by their biceps.

well we passed by the dragon boat room and i heard some yr 1 canoeing girls saying in chinese:

we started off with a jog around the school campus. thank god i and andrew just ran on sunday.

finally, i felt that something should be done to revive this "almost" dying blog which i have neglected for (i can't rmb how long) X)

OK. 2 weeks of poly life so far.
trying to adapt for the fact that no more waking up @ 10am in the morning.
One thing good about Poly is that the timing are more flexible.
classes are mainly from 9.00am- 4pm daily.
the good part is that you get to study what is actually related to your course.
in other words : "your interest" , apart from the dull old (maths,chi,eng,sci,humanities etc.)

was lamenting the fact that i did not know the use of keyframes

just returned from annual camp.
heres a short summary:
i came on monday afternoon. the guys were already hoggin the PS2.
haha to start off there was a fabulous BBQ dinner.
watch a movie: JARHEAD - an inspirational war movie.
the story is about a group of "Marines" who were sent to war against Saddam Hussein.
they slogged their guts enduring gruelling trainings.
and yet they didn't even had a chance to kill anyone
as Zoomies were sent in.
in the midst of the movie we were raidied by BEH. - friendly fire!
and a timely inspiration by the movie, in a matter of 5 sec we were "asleep"
more PS2 action after the movie.

this morning was the most coincident morning you could evey expect.
@ the same time, same date , same day last year.
we were talking. and it happened again today.
im so happy...
